No, pets are not allowed in either property due to severe allergies within the homeowner’s family.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No, smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside both properties, with a fee for non-compliance.
Driveways have limited space (5 vehicles for “Love of Harmony” and 8 vehicles for “Peace of Harmony”), and parking on the roadway or edge of the road is strictly prohibited. Excess vehicles may result in fines passed on to guests.
Both houses have a Hot tub, Grill, Firepit, Multicade with 60+games, Pool Table, Smart TVs, Wifi, Roku, Restaurant Guide & Activity Guide.
We provide bedsheet linens and bath towels. A “starter pack” is also provided. It consists of toilet paper in the bathrooms, hand washing soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing soap, paper towel rolls, and garbage bags.

We provide a restaurant guidebook and a local activities guidebook for guests who have booked with us. It will be sent a week before your arrival. You can always reach us through FB, Instagram, FB messenger and WhatsApp if you have any questions.
In the winter, we recommend driving a 4×4, due to ice and muddy roads from the snow. Please note, we will not refund due to storms and acts of nature. We recommend buying travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseeable events.
